Continuous Scene on Angled Walls
The most impressive challenge on this project was creating a continuous scene on walls which wrap around you. It wasn't as simple as finding the vanishing point, and going from there, although there were times I wish it was that simple. As most perspective-involved projects go, the mural should be looked at from the center. It is particularly so in this space, since the walls do wrap around the viewer. Getting the perspective to work here, I had to guestimate through trial and error. Draw line...back up to view it... erase, draw another line... back up....and so on... |
