From the wine tasting room... a few steps lead the way to the temperature and humidity controlled cellar. Because of the vast differences in environment needed to accommodate the green house, and then the cellar, a solid Mahogany door was fitted. When one opens the door and walks in... one feels the immediate rush of cool, dry air. |
