Cracking brick

Imagine, if you will, the brick is breaking away exposing the colorful stained-glass mosaic underneath. I liken this to old ideas and broken methods falling away to reveal our true colors and beauty, and fresh ideas. The overall unfinished look suggests there is more to it than this, that there is more underneath. This is just the thought I had on the community.
